Guided Imagery involves vividly imagining specific settings, scenarios and images for the purpose of relaxation and self improvement. For every one or more Guided Imagery tracks that you download, you will receive one Relaxation Introduction of approximately 7 minutes. The purpose of the introduction is to help prepare your mind and body for the Guided Imagery ahead.
