Hello Everyone
I chose to learn about stress management after working through my own 'stressful' life experience of separation and divorce. My learning has taken me from textbooks to temples, with the emphasis being on relaxation techniques that help to improve health and emotional wellbeing. I am an everyday person who embarked on a life changing journey at a difficult time, and who now shares the fruits of my ongoing journey with others. My services suit people who desire general information as opposed to therapy, however, I have contact with excellent counsellors and psychologists, should your needs point in that direction. As a writer, I have had a children's novel and various short stories published in women's magazines. My 20 years experience as a writer has helped me to create rich and vivid guided relaxation tracks, which I record in professional studios.
